Xictor Technology Co., Ltd. is responsible for operating all international websites of Xictor, as well as their associated web applications. This Data Protection Statement applies to all websites operated by Xictor, as well as to other internal processing of personal data within the TRUMPF Group; however, it does not extend to websites accessed via external links provided on our sites.
Collecting and processing personal data
When you use our website, we collect data through log files, search engines, and forms. When you visit our website, our web servers permanently store the following standard information for system security purposes: connection data of the requesting computer; the web pages you have visited; the date and duration of your visit; identification data regarding the browser and operating system you use; and the website from which you accessed our site. Unless you voluntarily provide them—for instance, during registration, participation in surveys or contests, contract fulfillment, or when requesting information—we do not collect other personal details such as your name, address, telephone number, or email address. The stored data is used to detect misuse of the web servers and is subsequently deleted. To the extent permitted by law, we also utilize the date and time of your last login for advertising purposes.

User behavior
Which files were downloaded? Which videos were viewed? Were advertising banners clicked? Where did the visitor go? Did the visitor click on other pages of the portal or completely skip them? How long did the visitor stay?

Google processes the data for website use on our behalf and is contractually obliged to take action to ensure the confidentiality of the data processed. Google also processes this data for its own purposes (e.g. to create a profile or link to possible Google accounts). The data the "cookies" collect about your website use are normally transmitted to a Google server in the USA for analysis and stored there.
Storage duration
Google Analytics stores cookies in your web browser for a period of two years from your last visit. These cookies contain a randomly generated user ID that allows you to be identified during future visits to the site.
The recorded data is stored together with a randomly generated user ID, which enables evaluation of pseudonymous user profiles. This user-related data is automatically deleted by us after 1 years.
Email marketing
To better cater to your needs and interests, your email address will be used by Xictor for promotional purposes. We will use newsletters and other emails to introduce you to our company, as well as our products and services. To ensure the efficient management of our email marketing efforts, your data will be utilized internally within the company.
If you register via our website, we will employ a double opt-in process to verify your identity through email confirmation.
